Aug 17, 2015 · But if I go to Windows 10 Settings and then try to open "Network & Internet", it takes forever and it does not load. While that happens, performance temporarily decreases, even Synaptics touch pad has some freezes/jumps. Eventually performance gets back to normal, but "Network & Internet" is still unopened.
